Online Store Hours
We process and dispatch online orders Monday to Friday, 10am - 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Standard Shipping Flat Rate: $10 or FREE when you spend over $150
We currently offer a $15 flat rate for shipping to New Zealand only
1. We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment, to avoid delays.
2. Free Shipping Codes are not valid in conjunction with discount codes.
ONLINE SALES RETURNS POLICY
We hope you absolutely love your purchase, however if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to offer an exchange or online store credit on full priced items only. We do not offer refunds unless items are deemed faulty and can not be repaired or replaced.
All sales on reduced items or items purchased with a promo code are final, unless deemed faulty.
Items must be returned in a prepaid satchel in their original condition/packaging, within 7 days of receiving your order. Clothing must be unworn/unwashed with all tags attached. Shoes must be unworn (please try on whilst on carpet) and in their original box.
Alternatively, you may return your items to any one of our stores within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or in-store credit note.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings, hair accessories or hosiery.
At Miss Gladys Sym Choon we pride ourselves on compassion and ‘Doing it with ♥’. We understand that one policy does not fit all. Please contact us on (08) 8223 1500 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase if you have any questions or extenuating circumstances which we may be able to help with.
HOW TO RETURN TO US
- Please email email@example.com with your name, order number and items you wish to return. If you are hoping to exchange, please list which items you require so we can secure the stock. If stock can not be secured you will be notified, and you will receive an online store credit.
- Fill out your returns form and post back to us in a prepaid satchel within 7 days of receiving your order (please note, we do not reimburse the cost of return postage). Once your return has been received, we will action your credit note/ items for exchange.
We quality inspect all items before we send them to you, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to repair, replace or refund the item.
Please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description/photo of the fault so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible for you.
Please note wear and tear damages do not constitute a fault. This includes buttons falling off during use, failing to follow washing instructions etc. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the original purchase.
EXTRA RETURNS INFO
Only orders that are eligible for returns will receive a form. If you have lost your form, please contact us.
Products are your responsibility until they have been received by Miss Gladys Sym Choon. We will not issue a refund on products that are not received or are lost in transit. Please return items in a prepaid post satchel with tracking to avoid this issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error (incorrect product/faulty item etc)
